When is #CBB2019?

Where will #CBB2019 be held?

Keeley Park, formerly known as the Jackson County Fairgrounds, located at 200 W. Ganson St, Jackson, MI 49201.


What time does it start?

Gates will be open at 11am on event day, and music will begin at 12:00 PM.


Are ATM’s Available?

Yes, an ATM will be available on-site at the festival. 


Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets will be available on the above link or via etix.com. You can also purchase tickets at the fair office, or at the gate on the day of the event.  *Children ages 8 and under are FREE.


Accepted items to bring into the festival include:

  • Chairs (types of chairs: Foldable beach chairs & canvas chairs.)

  • A One-Gallon Clear Bag 

  • One Small Clutch Purse 

  • Hats

  • Blankets 

  • Sun Block 

  • Lighters 

  • Cell Phones 

  • Sunglasses 

  • Dancing Shoes 

  • Cigarettes 

  • Small Beach Towels 

  • Fanny Packs 

  • Cameras (Without Removable Lens)


TICKETING:

I purchased my ticket – what do I do?

Simply present your ticket on the festival date at one of the Country Boots & Bands Festival gates. Do not cut or tamper with your ticket.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON FESTIVAL TICKETS.

What is the re-entry policy?

Re-entry policy will be posted the day of the event. Re-entry will be provided upon identification verification.


Are there age restrictions?

This festival is for ALL AGES!


Can I volunteer?

As the event gets closer, we will be working with organizations to line up groups of volunteers for the event. If you have a non-profit group interested in volunteering, please email countrybootsandbands@gmail.com

COUNTRY BOOTS & BANDS RISING STARS BONUS:

Rising Stars acts will be performing in between Main Stage Acts and will be vying for our “Country Boots & Bands Rising Stars Bonus.”  Voting for your favorite performer (at our Rising Stars Voting Booth) will afford them the opportunity to win a bonus of $1,000 AND the opportunity to perform ONE SONG on the Main Stage before our Headliner - Walker Hayes goes on stage!  The more votes your favorite artist gets, the better the chance to win the $1,000 Bonus!   


Is seating available?

There isn’t any seating at the festival, so if you would like a place to sit, please bring a folding lawn chair, blanket or a fold-out chair. Chairs cannot be left overnight. Our seating is on first-come-first-serve basis. 


Is there a handicap section?

There is an ADA handicap viewing area in General Admission (near stage front). If you need assistance getting from the gate to the handicap area, we will have personnel available with golf carts. For more information on handicap accommodations, please email countrybootsandbands@gmail.com


Where is lost & found?

Lost and Found will be located at the Entrance Tents.


Where can I find artist performance times?

Performance times will be posted on our website Line-Up page.

Where should I stay while in Jackson?

What is the best way to get to Jackson?

Jackson is easily accessible by car, plane, train, and bus. We are located approximately 1.5 hours west of Detroit and 1 hour east of Kalamazoo just off I-94. We are located approximately 40 minutes directly south of Lansing, MI off of Highway 127.

Where do I park?

 ON-PREMISE PARKING at Keeley Park is $20. OFF-SITE PARKING at the Blackstone Street location will be $10.  Other nearby areas will also be offering parking - they will determine their own pricing.

Can my band play?

Each artist will be providing their own Meet and Greet opportunities so follow their social media for more information on how to access those chances.
